Product Owner

• Draft project charters, requirements, agile epics, and stories; maintain backlog with high quality stories,

acceptance criteria, and current priority.

• Partner with leadership group (LG) to deliver roadmap commitments on-time, on-scope, on-quality.
• Work with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to ensure cross team dependencies are identified, understood

by all affected teams, and then properly managed.

Support the TPMs in cross-team collaboration andcoordination that result in a successful end-to-end user experience.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies to ensure that there is an understanding of the user stories, enabling sizing

and task breakdown to occur, and maximizing team productivity.

• Communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders, including managing expectations, scope, and

prioritization of work.

• Partner with engineering, product owners, user experience, project management, and QA to investigate,

document, and maintain business and technical processes.

• Work with Product Owners to align your product vision and strategy to company objectives.

• Excellent English verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills; must be able to

communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as clearly document software for theseaudiences.

• Experience with JIRA and Confluences skills are desirable

• Able to ask questions to get the story told for the user
• Inquisitive
